Oakway units on the Burlington Northern are part of another special lease by the BN, similar
to the LMX GE's that are on a power by the hour rate. These regular cab SD60's are painted
in blue and white EMD leasing colors, and the BN rosters almost 100 of these units. These
standard cab SD60's are rated at 3800 horsepower, and are commonly found on coal trains entering
and leaving the Powder River coal fields.
